Producing the Perfect Fit for the Changing US Consumers

Fashion trends change fast and so do the sizes and shapes of the consumers. It is crucial for apparel brands and retailers to identify these changes and effectively "fit" its design, manufacturing and sales strategies to their target markets.
During this morning meeting, Mr. Jason Wang will share with us some details on:
* How do brands and retailers make these decisions for change.
* How these changes affect the sourcing environment.
* What are some of the requirements to implement these changes successfully and efficiently throughout a global supply chain.
Alvanon expertise in strategic fit consulting and the creation and implementation of customized fit mannequins and tools. It offers a holistic approach to solve fit and size issues. Mr. Jason Wang is one of the founders of Alvanon and oversees global operations for Alvanon. By leveraging Jason's expertise in applications and technology, he has been able to establish and processes and mythology for the development of Alvanon's virtual avatars, AlvaForms and AlvaBlocks. Jason is regarded as one of the world's leading experts in body shape analysis and 3D avatar creation.
