China's Post-Olympic Economic, Social and Political Environment

Now that the Olympics are over, the world has turned its eyes to China's post-Olympic environment and how they will impact the global growth. During this luncheon, three senior panelists will share their insights on what lies ahead for China after the Olympics.

Based in Hong Kong, Zoher Abdoolcarim was appointed as Asia Editor, TIME International, in June 2008 overseeing TIME Asia edition. Prior to this role, he was a senior editor at TIME Asia, a position he held since 2002 where he helped shape all aspects of TIME's coverage of Asia.

Tom Easton joined The Economist in 2000, and was based in New York as a Senior Correspondent until August 2002 when he became New York Bureau Chief. In 2007, he was appointed Asia Business Editor, covering business and finance throughout Asia.

Peter Stein is Hong Kong Bureau Chief for The Wall Street Journal and Associate Editor of The Wall Street Journal Asia. Mr. Stein oversees a group of reporters that cover a range of industries and beats across Asia, including mergers and acquisitions, financial markets, technology, marketing, media, health and travel.

Business Development Manager in Asia for the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, Andrea Richey has been involved in the strategic marketing and business development of the firm in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Japan since 2003.
