In a time of multiple opportunities for companies and continued competitive pressures, organizations need the right people in the right place, positioned to play strategic and operational roles. Smart companies prepare to reach the goals they've defined for themselves, while avoiding the pitfalls that can divert and drain their talent pool.
At this year's conference, we will address two core challenges facing organizations in the 21st century: thriving through change and guiding human talent to ever-higher echelons of success, today and tomorrow. Business leaders in fields vital to Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region - consumer goods, information technology, insurance, pharmaceuticals, textile and apparel, law and financial services - will deliver their blueprints for building a successful organization, while assuring you have the human capital you need and tools at hand to excel.
