During this lunch discussion, Steve Best will discuss the views, enforcement philosophies and practices of the current heads of the Department of Justice's FCPA unit along with the changes that have resulted from management turnover at relevant regulatory agencies. Additionally, he will address some of the issues and questions surrounding voluntary reporting in the U.S. of potential FCPA issues, and the use of monitors in deferred prosecution agreements.
Steve Best, a former State and Federal prosecutor and Co-head of the Dewey & LeBoeuf white collar defense and regulatory investigation group, will speak on recent developments regarding enforcement and related issues for the FCPA.
