We are deeply honoured that Mr Tsang will speak to the Hong Kong business community at a joint chambers luncheon to be held on Tuesday, 17 October 2006. At this luncheon, the business community will hear Mr Tsang's further elaboration on his second policy address and learn more about the initiatives put forth by the Government.
