As technology becomes more sophisticated day by day, consumers increasingly find themselves spoiled for choice in terms of how and when they want to access information. In this era of "entwined" media, the ability to find and retain an audience is a challenging task. Mr. Robert Pietsch will address this problem, and offer insight on how one can use new media to build brand loyalty, and how the mantra that he adopts of continuous innovation keeps customers coming back. This model should be of interest to anyone in publishing outlets or anyone interested in learning more about utilizing a variety of platforms to create effective branding strategies in the world of Web 2.0.

As Forbes.com Group Advertising Director, Mr. Pietsch is responsible for all advertising accounts in the western United States and Asia Pacific regions. From 2000 to 20007, revenues in his territory grew over 700% and in 2006 over 115 different advertisers from his region were sponsors on Forbes.com. Mr. Pietsch joined Forbes.com in 1999 as Regional Sales Manager covering the Bay Area, Southern California and Texas.
