As the whole world goes mobile, advertising is going with it. Today, countries around the world use mobile phones with high-speed connectivity and ultra-sleek Internet interfaces (think iPhones and HTC phones for instance) -- and Hong Kong is certainly no exception. With mobile network providers now not only offering GPRS connection, but also HSDPA, the list of advertising solutions on mobile phones for marketers is rapidly expanding. Our panel of experts will demonstrate what has been done, what is being done, and what more can be done in promoting products and services via mobile phones.
As the Head of Sales and Business Development of Google Hong Kong, Preston Lau has led Google's strategic partnership development in the region and successfully established key relationships with Hutchison and HTC, among others. He has worked on beefing up Google's service offerings around videos, maps and finance.
Tanbir Rahman is the VP, Asia Pacific with The Hyperfactory, a company that creates, executes and analyses long-term mobile strategies. Tanbir's expertise lies in the business and marketing application of technology.
Lindsay Servian heads PCCW's Advertising and Interactive Services business unit, which offers a wide range of broadcast and interactive advertising solutions to small- to medium-sized entities and corporate clients, as well as transactional services.
