    During this 90-minutes overview session, we will share with you the overall objectives for the program and how it can help you to:
  • Understand the importance of interpersonal communication skills for achieving results, for gaining cooperation and commitment, and for building effective working relationships
  • Identify their interpersonal communication strengths and development needs
  • Create a supportive communication climate
  • Develop effective communication strategies
