Food & Beverage focus will be on all aspects of Hong Kong & Macau food regulation, regulatory process and enforcement, food business licensing, food importation, codes of practice, food standards standards, etc. (may or may not be regulatory), food scares/crisis, organic food.

Current issues include, Mandatory Nutritional Labeling, Genetically Modified Food labeling, new pesticides in Foods Regulation, new preservatives in Foods Regulation, Food Safety Bill, heavy metals in foods, melamine in foods, composite food business licensing, importation of milk products, etc.
