June 19, 2009 Travel Alert - China June 12, 2009 The first cluster of indigenous cases of H1N1 was confirmed in Hong Kong yesterday. As a result, Hong Kong is now gradually migrating from the containment phase to mitigation phase in terms of controlling the spread of the virus.
From today, all primary schools, kindergartens, child care centres and special schools will suspend classes for two weeks and from tomorrow, the Hospital Authority will open eight designated clinic for managing patients with flu-like symptoms.
