1. I received the email for AmCham online member registration, but I cannot register an account. What should I do?
The AmCham system will verify your email address and AmCham Member ID. Please use the same email account by which you received the registration invitation. If you have forgotten your AmCham Member ID, please send an email to This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it .


2. I cannot login after registration.
You should have received an activation email after completing the registration form. Please click on the link to activate your account. If you are using free email services (such as Yahoo Mail, Hotmail), please also check the Junk mailbox too. Some email filters may consider all auto-generated emails as spam messages.


3. What is AmCham online member account and why do I need it?
The advantages of an AmCham member account include the special members' only offers, access to committee forums and restricted circulation newsletters. With an AmCham account, you can place orders or book events at the e-shop at discounted member prices.
You can use the same username and password to access the AmCham e-shop and entire member area. All personal information you give us will be handled with the strictest confidence and will not be distributed.


4. I cannot remember my username.
When you registered on the site you would have been asked your user name. If you cannot remember your username, please check on the "Forgot username" to retrieve it.


5. I forgot my password.
Use our "Forgot Password" service and you should receive a new password by email.
