The Chief Reputation Strategist of Weber Shandwick, a leading global public relations and public affairs consultancy, will share more than 20 years of experience in managing corporate reputation, at a presentation to the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong this Friday.
Dr. Leslie Gaines-Ross is the Chief Reputation Strategist of Weber Shandwick and the author of the recently published book Corporate Reputation: 12 Steps to Safeguarding and Recovering Reputation. She will demonstrate a 12-step reputation recovery model that any company can customize and apply to rebuild and restore its good name and prevent it from being tarnished in the first place.
Dr. Gaines-Ross leads Weber Shandwick's global reputation consulting services and proprietary thought leadership development. She is a member of Weber Shandwick's global senior management team and is based in the firm's corporate headquarters in New York. Her work has been featured in numerous international publications, including BusinessWeek, The Economist, the Financial Times, Forbes, Fortune, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal.
