Page 1 of 2 Women of Influence Committee promotes professional women’s leadership and aims to help close the gender gap in the workplace in Hong Kong and Greater China. WOI programs strive to increase the participation of women in the leadership in their organizations and in AmCham by involving them as participants, members and leaders. Programs also aim to showcase best practices in the business world for increasing gender diversity. Unique content is used to promote dialogue and catalyze action through discussion groups at all events. Programs concentrate on the following: Facilitating leadership development, offering networking and business opportunities, providing informal mentoring and support, offering educational programs and championing diversity.
