Stakeholder engagement is at the heart of Corporate Responsibility. Yet this key aspect of sustainability management is often done erratically and undervalued. Grace Lam will share with us how ExxonMobil implements a global and standardized process to connect with stakeholders and bring their views into the management process. ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
As Vice President, Public & Government Affairs - Hong Kong & Southern China in ExxonMobil Hong Kong Limited, Grace Lam is responsible for corporate communications and corporate social responsibilities for ExxonMobil groups of companies in Hong Kong and southern China. Grace is focused on providing strategic counseling to management on communication issues. She has previously taken up senior positions in various large local and multinational companies including General Manager-Corporate Affairs at Kowloon Canton Railway Corporation, Head of Corporate Communications at The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited. Grace has been actively involved in government advisory committees and community service for many years.
