After entering the country, too many companies are falling behind in the race to win in China. While everyone knows that the opportunity is big, few if anyone have analyzed exactly what it takes to be successful in this market. During this luncheon event, Jonathan Woetzel, senior partner at McKinsey & Company, will share best practices of what companies must do to achieve their goals in China. More importantly, he will discuss the direct relationship between global success and excellence in China.
Jonathan Woetzel is director of McKinsey & Company, a cofounder (in 1986) of its China office, and has led McKinsey's China Corporate Finance and Asia Energy and Materials practices. He holds a PhD from the University of Southern California focused on China's political economy.
