With the Internet to becoming a mass medium, marketers are now challenged to engage and connect with their customers in a new way. Brands and marketers must redefine their approach and channel selection to their communications to increase their relevancy in a cluttered media environment. Sean Rach will share a framework for consideration and case studies from Hong Kong, Asia Pacific and the world that show examples of brave, cutting edge marketing in practice.

Since joining Ogilvy in 2000 to initially lead the companys interactive business, Sean has led teams for clients such as American Express, The Venetian Macao, eBay and SmarTone-Vodafone producing high impact through-the-line campaigns. Prior to joining Ogilvy, Sean held several marketing positions with Sprint Communications Company in the United States. Sean started his marketing career at Hallmark Cards, Inc. where he gained experience in retail sales and category management before becoming responsible for all online media, partnerships and public relations for Hallmark.com. Sean is active in the Hong Kong marketing community serving as Chairman of the Hong Kong 4As Interactive and Direct Committee (2001-2008) which organized the annual HK4As Interactive and Direct Award Show. A noted industry speaker, he has been a guest lecturer at Hong Kong University and City University.

* To ensure that we capture all your online registrations on time before the event, the online booking system will be deactivated 48 hours prior to the event.
* An email confirmation will be sent to the registered email address two (2) working days prior to the event. Online bookings will generate an automated confirmation via e-mail.
* Membership is on an individual basis. Non-members can only attend at non-member price.
* All cancellations must be notified in writing at least two working days prior to the event, or six working days prior to the conference. No-shows will be charged.
* Faxed or mailed booking forms received without payment (check/cash) will be considered void, unless valid credit card details are given as guarantee. If payment is not received by 5pm the day after the event, the credit card on file will be charged automatically.
* When Typhoon 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted, all events will be cancelled.
