Enhance your selling approach by revamping your sales meetings with new and existing clients, as well as by making the duty of sales a more natural process.
Most business is now services or solutions. Many companies struggle with communicating the value of a service or a solution, even when dealing with existing clients. Developing a strategy for handling a meeting so that the client understands the solution and the discussion gets more to the point. We will also uncover and tackle some of the issues that make professional service people uncomfortable about ‘sales’ and offer ways to make this an easier and more natural process which benefits both the client and the supplier.
Mr. Guy Fraser has over 25 years international B2B sales and marketing management experience in capital equipment and bespoke solutions encompassing Africa, Europe and Asia Pacific. His achievements include creating new businesses in recessionary conditions. He is also an experienced hands-on change and training manager who has rebuilt and cross-trained international teams. Guy has also run his own company and is a regularly published author in the international management press.
