A crisis may not be caused by people, but human efforts are always required for resolving a crisis. At the end of the day, whether a crisis has been effectively managed or not depends on people’s opinions and points of view. How to work with various stakeholders and win over their support is always a key challenge for effective crisis management.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Dr. CK Lo is a renowned and respected public affairs and communications expert in Hong Kong. He is one of the founders and partners of a number of reputable consultancies, including C.K. Lo & S. Lam Ltd., Strategic group, and A-World group. He has served on a number of statutory and advisory bodies of the Government and boards and committees of non-government organizations. He has rich and broad experiences and networks in the fields of government, business, community, media and opinion leaders. He is a HKU alumni and obtained his Ph.D. at The London School of Economics and Political Sciences.
