Dear Committee Members,
We¡¦re looking forward to seeing you on September 9 at 12:30pm in the AmCham conference room to welcome Diana Chiu, VP of Talent Development with Next Horizon and Larry Salibra, Founder and CEO of Attigo who will speak on Finding and Retaining Talent in China for Entrepreneurs and SMEs.
DETAILS The smaller a business is, the more crucial are the employees to long-term success. As Hong Kong Entrepreneurs and SMEs, we are often dependent on our team members in China for the success of our operations. However, China continues to boom and we must compete with large Multinationals, established China companies, and up-and-coming China companies to find and retain the best talent.
What are some strategies that Entrepreneurs and Small Businesses can use to successfully complete for Talent in China? Join our panel discussion to not only learn how two companies are approaching the challenge, but also to share ideas on meeting the challenge in the future.
