Aron Cramer is President and CEO of the NGO Business for Social Responsibility. He will reflect on recent evolutions and initiatives in the CSR field based on BSR's unique and leading experience - from work on freedom of expression on the internet, to corporate governance and supply chain compliance to avoid consumer backlashes.

Prior to assuming the post of president and CEO in 2004, Aron Cramer was based in Paris, where he launched BSR's Europe office in 2002. Cramer joined BSR in 1995, and served as the founding director of its Business and Human Rights Program.

Cramer has worked closely with dozens of BSR's member across industries, providing advice and counsel on the full spectrum of CSR issues. He also has provided support and counsel to many of the leading CSR initiatives in recent years and has worked extensively with public agencies and NGOs to advance sustainable business practices.
