On Nov 17th to Nov 24th, AmCham Hong Kong organized and executed a VIP delegation to Gansu, China. Over 27 persons participated in the expedition led by Mr. Colin Tam, Chairman of the AmCham Hong Kong Energy Committee, the IPPF and HAESCO (Hong Kong Association of Energy Service Companies), which acted as a supporting NGO. The whole event was elevated to provincial and central government level.
The delegation was met and accompanied by governors, vice governors, mayors, vice mayors and other top PRC officials, visiting wind farms, solar plants, and more.
Mr. Tam will give a complete report and update on the trip with photo and commentary backed up by the two deputy team leaders (Messrs. Joel Laykin and Dominic Yin). Don’t miss the unveiling of China’s Windy West!
