ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Mr. Brian Brenner is a National Director of the Tenant Representation Team in Hong Kong. He provides an advisory service in relation to clients’ occupational property portfolios, specialist transactional expertise, lease acquisition, rent review and lease renewal / restructure consultancy services. Mr. Brenner has over 13 years experience in commercial real estate. Over nine years have been spent on advising tenants in Hong Kong. Previous and ongoing clients include but not limited to AllianceBernstein, Citadel, Moody’s, RBS, Sears Holdings, TimeWarner and Simmons & Simmons.
Mr. Brenner began his real estate career in the US in 1996, gaining a wide range of experience in Asset Management, Mortgage Landing before being involved in Tenant Representation with The Staubach Company (now JLL). Prior to joining JLL, he moved to Hong Kong in 2000 with DTZ, who was partnered with Staubach until 2008 and led their Tenant Representation Group. He joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2010.
Mr. Brenner recently completed his EMBA with the Kellogg HKUST Executive MBA Program in Hong Kong and holds a Bachelor of Finance and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati in the US. He is a licensed estate agent and sits on board of Governors of the American Chamber of Commerce.
