Please join us at our next Women of Influence Committee meeting on Friday, March 4 at 8am to welcome Helene Liu, Founder and CEO of The MasterMinds who will give a presentation on The Conscious Use of Non-Verbal Communication.

Did you know that an astonishing 93% of our communication is non-verbal? This means that in most circumstances, we could be speaking a language unknown to our audience and most of our message would still get through. And in public presentations, the most powerful messages are conveyed non-verbally. We often intuitively use non-verbal cues in our inter-relations with others, but the key to true mastery is the ability to consciously use unconscious non-verbal signals.
In this hands-on seminar, you will learn (and rehearse):
‐ One surprising and little known fact about non-verbal communication ‐ The 2 roots of non-verbal communication ‐ The 5 most potent gestures to use in public presentation that will get your message across no matter what you say.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Helene Liu is the founder and CEO of The MasterMinds, a company which she founded in 2003 on the basis of Einstein's observation: "We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them." The MasterMinds is an international community of highly experienced catalysts and trainers who support organisations and individuals to release their creative potential, and maximize results through a shift in thinking paradigm.
She has been promoting excellence through various means for over two decades, both as an advisor to senior executives, and as a multi-sector and cross-continent entrepreneur. Helene was born in France but is based in Hong Kong for 20 years. She is a Certified Trainer of NLP, Coaching, Hypnosis, and a Certified Master Coach Trainer. She is also a Certified Firewalk & Glasswalk Trainer. In 2008, she was personally chosen by Peggy Dylan, the mother of the Firewalking movement in the Western world, to become the only Sundoor Trainer in the Asia Pacific region.
She has extensive experience as a performing artist, having appeared on stage since she was 5 years old, first accompanying her violinist father, then as an amateur singer, dancer and actress. She also advises clients on public speaking and stage appearance.
