“Prescriptions for Keeping One Country Two Systems Successful”

The Rt. Hon. Lord Patten of Barnes, Hong Kong’s last colonial governor, spoke to an exclusive AmCham audience of guests, media, and friends during his visit on Sept 21.

Chris Patten, now Chancellor at the University of Oxford, shared his thoughts on how Hong Kong can keep "One Country, Two Systems" a success, including the importance of open communication, the role of the next generation of leaders, and the example Hong Kong can set on the world stage. Attendees were also treated to a signing of his latest book "First Confession: A Sort of Memoir" following his remarks.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Lord Patten for sharing his time and candid insights with the AmCham community.
