Mohit Kapoor

Mohit is a co-founder and CEO of Haven Technologies Asia. Mohit has 25+ years of leadership experience as a senior financial services technology executive, who refuses to settle for the status quo and thrives upon driving change and innovation. His international leadership experience spans four continents, managing global teams located in New York, London, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Sydney, Shenzhen and Mumbai. Mohit relishes building high caliber teams and technology platforms that propel companies forward ahead of the competition. Mohit launched his career at Morgan Stanley, where he played a key leadership role in growing Morgan Stanley’s market-leading Prime Brokerage Technology team. Throughout his career, he has helped a number of banks and fintechs build their product platforms. Mohit holds a joint Master’s degree from The Wharton School and the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania. When he is not working, Mohit enjoys time with his wife and daughter, reads avidly, cooks passionately, and runs regularly (albeit a bit less quickly as time goes by).
