AmCham supports the ERP Pilot Scheme to address various transportation issues; however, a large priority in the planning and execution of a solution rests upon the development of Hong Kong as a “smart city”. Due to the potentially time-expensive consultation necessary to properly revise the “contract override” portion of the Amendment Bill, AmCham supports swift passage of the bill and conducting ex post facto consultations where necessary.
