AmCham Calls for Collaborative and Goal Driven Plan for Hong Kong Smart City

AmCham submits that HKSAR Government should adopt a collaborative mindset and approach to devise and implement Smart City initiatives. To ensure comprehensive planning and implementation, it is necessary for the Administration to set up a high-level authority to coordinate and formulate integrated policies. The submission also outlined specific best practices, which have already been proven effective by other cities, that are crucial to the success of a Smart City.
