AmCham submits position paper to the Law Society of Hong Kong on proposed amendments to the Foreign Lawyer Registration Rules (and other Rules)

AmCham views the proposed amendments to be inconsistent with Hong Kong's position as the world's most free and open economy and their implementation may have consequences that far outweigh any expected benefits.
