Kristen is the Director of Apple Retail.  She joined Apple in 2003 in Apple Retail in New York.  She help lead the US team through thoughtful expansion and growth before turning her attention overseas.  She has over 25 years as a retailer focused on both the customer and employee experience.  

Kristen held various roles across Apple both in the US and internationally.  She was the head of technical services in EMEIA and helped Apple expand into China as a Director of Retail Strategy in Shanghai.  Currently she leads a team of 2000+ team members across Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan supporting the customer experience, sales, service, operations,  creative engagement and leadership development.
